It is shown that high intensity ultrasonic wave can raise the nucleation rate of the liquid and can restrain the growth of Si; cavitation effect can break Si crystal in growth,change its shape and distribution, and decrease its weakening effect on the matrix; ultrasonic modification is an effective means of fining the structure and improving the properties.
研究了超聲振動對鋁硅合金的變質作用,結果表明:功率超聲能提高液相形核率,抑制Si 相長大;空化效應能打斷生長中的硅晶體,改變硅的形態(tài)和分布,減小其對基體的削弱作用,超聲變質是細化合金組織,提高合金性能的有效途徑。
