In this paper,the investigation on hybridization of wild argali and Bashibai sheep was carried out on the basis of growth condition,properties for meat,tail shape,appearance physique and change of hair quality of the hybrid lamb with 1/2 and 1/4 of wild blood,compared with that of the purebred Bashibai sheep.
對野生盤羊與巴什拜羊進(jìn)行導(dǎo)入雜交,通過對帶有1/2、1/4野血的雜種羔羊生長狀況、肉用性能、尾型、外形體質(zhì)和毛質(zhì)的變化進(jìn)行觀察及測定,并與純巴什拜羔羊進(jìn)行了比較。
The results showed that(1)The germination energy was verylow while the germination percentage was as high as that of control seeds;(2)The restoration ofmembrane system was perfect;(3)Plenty of endoplaqmic reticulum and Golgi body appeared;and(4)There were also increases in the quantities of amoeboid plastids and amoeboid mitochondriawhich were so called because of its same shape to amoe.
電鏡觀察表明，萌發(fā)３天的大麥根尖分生區(qū)細(xì)胞膜系統(tǒng)已修復(fù)完善，內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)和高爾基體豐富，變形質(zhì)體和變形線粒體大量出現(xiàn)。
