From testing the properties of acrylate emulsion PSA in market,such as the initial adhesion,holding power,peeling strength and aging resistance,it concludes that the initial adhesion and holding power of aqueous acrylate PSA interact each other,and the holding power corresponds with cohesion.
通過對市場上常用乳液丙烯酸酯壓敏膠各方面性能的測試,如初黏力、持黏力、剝離強(qiáng)度及耐老化性,得出結(jié)論:水性丙烯酸壓敏膠的初黏與持黏是相互制約的,而持黏與內(nèi)聚力是相對應(yīng)的;采用交聯(lián)、加入增黏樹脂等方法可進(jìn)一步提高初黏力及剝離強(qiáng)度,從而平衡膠水的各方面性能,但這是以降低膠水的內(nèi)聚力為代價的;可以根據(jù)時溫等效原理來衡量膠水長時間后的老化效應(yīng);建立了合理的評價方法,為選擇合適類型的乳液丙烯酸酯壓敏膠供了參考。
